02 Does RICH work with Religious leaders only?
RICH doesn't work with religious leaders only; RICH works with religious leaders in all districts through the identified interfaith committees but in addition to the religious leaders RICH also works with and in collaboration with other development partners such as international entities (UN family, USAID, PEPFAR, PMI, the Global FUnd, Kingdom of Netherlands, Scotish government, Amplifychange ) International NGOs, local NGOs and CSOs as well as local government and other partners directly involved in the health promotion
03 Does RICH work with volunteers?
Yes indeed, RICH works with more than 3000 active volunteers engaged through its different programs whose primary objective is health promotion.
04 Apart from the areas in which RICH is currently working, can it start new interventions?
Health is a dynamic field, new challenges arise on a frequent basis, to ensure that we contribute to a healthy Rwanda, RICH always assess issues which need its intervention and also do resource mobilization to find the necessary resources to address the identified issues.
05 How long has RICH been conducting health related interventions?
RICH has been conducting health related interventions since 2003, in the early years it was identified by the name RCLS (Reseau des confessions Religieuse pour la lutte contre le SIDA)
